We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we follow Danish consumer protection laws regarding the right of withdrawal and customer service.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Please contact us before returning any item at contact@naturalliposomes.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount to the same payment method used for the order.
Please note that return shipping costs are covered by you unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the item.
Non-returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used products
- Items without original packaging
- Products with broken seals
We also do not accept gift cards, downloadable products, or items that show clear signs of use or damage.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The returned item shows signs of use
- The packaging is damaged or missing
- The return is made after 14 days without prior agreement
In such cases, a partial refund may be issued depending on the item’s condition.
