Payment
Natural Liposomes ApS accepts online payments by Visa/Dankort and Mastercard.
Your payment will only be charged when your physical product has been dispatched, or when a virtual product has been made available, unless otherwise stated in your order.
Reservation of amount
When using a debit or credit card, a reservation may appear on your account. This is not a payment, but a temporary reservation. The actual amount will be charged once your order has been shipped. If the order is cancelled, your bank or card issuer will release the reservation.

All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
Delivery
We dispatch orders on weekdays. Delivery time is usually 1–5 business days.
Natural Liposomes ApS ships with GLS – Parcel Shop.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of your order.
You will always receive a Track & Trace number, allowing you to follow your parcel all the way to the pickup location.
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods, unless otherwise agreed.

Condition of goods when returned
You are liable for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s nature and function — similar to testing a product in a physical store.

Warranty (Reklamationsret)
You are covered by a 2-year warranty under Danish consumer law.
The warranty covers defects arising from material or manufacturing faults.
